Attending the Administrative Retreat
Significant learning points:
An important aspect of
leadership is nurturing and developing the talent of others. Thus, you have to
have conversations with your team members in order to understand their career
goals and identify opportunities for professional development. Some of the hardest conversations to have are
the ones where a team member is not performing up to par, or has unrealistic
expectations regarding their career trajectory.
